Local visibility

The challenge lay in authentically translating ghd's global brand strategy to the German market. This meant: adapting international campaigns, emotionally appealing to target audiences, and simultaneously maintaining the brand's strong visual language. In addition to digital channels such as social media and marketplaces, analog touchpoints like high-quality print mailings, catalogs, or POS materials also had to be designed consistently and effectively.

Our collaboration with ghd Germany began with a deep understanding of the brand values and the tonality of the international umbrella campaigns. Building on this, we developed a German adaptation of the corporate design that is recognizable across all channels – from business stationery and social media templates to internal employee communications.

We designed ongoing campaigns and content formats tailored to the German-speaking target group. Our particular focus was on high-quality materials and brand-typical storytelling – whether in the creation of exclusive marketing materials, the outfitting of flagship stores, or shop assets on marketplaces like Zalando.

Through our close and continuous collaboration with ghd Germany, we were able to strengthen the brand's local relevance while ensuring a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints. The professional adaptation of international campaigns ensures a strong presence in the German market, increases brand loyalty, and significantly contributed to sales development.
